	LASER CUTTING Iso-lux provides LASER cutting on a new Strippit® Axel 3015 LD LASER 5 KiloWatt cutting machine with a 5 foot by 10 foot table, linear drive, with auto loader, capable of cutting up to 1 inch mild steel, 5/8th inch stainless steel, and 3/8 inch aluminum.
	C.N.C. PUNCHING High-speed C.N.C. punching with hundreds of available tools provides efficient punching with minimal tool cost.
	PROGRAMMING Utilizing our Solidworks 2011 3D software, we are able to work with customer supplied 3D files in various formats to accurately produce parts. Prippit Programming Software and Lantek Expert Software allows our programmers to optimize material consumption and reduced run time, which translates into producing parts at a cost effective level. Dimensional accuracy begins with programming and first offs of all new programs are inspected for compliance with customer drawings.
	HARD TOOLED STAMPINGS Presses are available with stamping up to 110 ton capacity. Compound and progressive blanking dies are supplied by Iso-Lux at competitive prices. Short runs to long-term comittments.
	BENDING Our forming department features C.N.C. controlled brakes up to 100 ton capacity. Iso-lux produces chassis and bracketry to exacting standards.
	SHEARING and CUTTING Shearing capacity of 10', up to 3/8" thick. Digital controls allow us to hold tolerances closer than .005". At Iso-lux we have C.N.C. saws capable of cutting heavy steel. High-speed cutting of aluminum extrusion is also provided.
	WELDING Spot welding up to 75 KVA is available as well as TIG and MIG welding. Brazing and soldering processes are also provided. Our skilled welders work with materials ranging from .025" to structural thicknesses.
	DEBURRING/FINISHING Finishing is often the most visually important feature of a fabricated part, and is often a problem for incoming quality departments. We are proud of our highly skilled clean-up team. Utilizing grinding, graining, sandblasting, and other processes, our products consistently exceed customer cosmetic expectations.
	MACHINING We provide a variety of machining services, from one-off prototypes to production runs. C.N.C. machining is provided through our partners, focused on low cost high volume machined and turned parts.
	QUALITY CONTROL Registered to ISO 9001, and AS 9100 through our sister company Woodbine Metal Spinning, we provide an inspection and verification process that satisfies the demands of today's customers. Production lot control and in-process inspection verifies comformity.
